And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…
                                     Revelation 12:11 KJV

In May of 2019, I went to visit my Nephrologist (kidney doctor) for my annual checkup.  I got my blood work done.  The tests showed that I was in Stage 4 kidney disease.  This is the stage where the doctors begin considering whether to start you on dialysis or not.

Shortly, after that I lost my insurance when I was laid off from work.  I didn’t have the money to go back to the Nephrologist.  So, my mom and I asked several prayer groups to pray for my healing.

In October, I was blessed to be accepted into Grace Medical Home for Orange County residents.  I went into see my Doctor for the first time.  She was aware of my previous kidney test results.  One of the first things she did was have my blood work taken.  And she also put in a request for me to meet with the Nephrologist who came to the practice once a month.

I went downstairs to make my appointment.  The volunteer said they had one appointment available on Monday in the afternoon. (The day I was there was a Friday.)  So, there was no wait time at all.  I just happened to make an appointment one business day before the Nephrologist came for his monthly visit and there just happened to be an open appointment.  God’s fingerprints were all over this one!

When I came into meet with the Nephrologist he told me that my blood work was amazing.  I had gone from Stage 4 Kidney Disease to Stage 2.  That just doesn’t happen!  He had no clue why the kidney disease had gone backwards to get better.  There was no explanation for it!

Well, I have an explanation!  It is truly a miracle.  God had healed my kidneys.  That was the only explanation possible.  The amazing thing is that this is the second time that He has done that with my kidneys.  God is good all the time!
